The Eger Wine Ball is a classy, joyful social event with excellent wines from Eger in an elegant setting. For more than two decades, the Association of Wine-loving Ladies of Eger has been working to contribute to the promotion of the Eger wine region, the cultivation of traditions and the development of wine culture.

The menu of the evening is the brainchild of chef Zoltán Pogonyi, and the four-course dinner is accompanied by a selection of wines. After the dinner, the Eger Wine Bar will be open for further wine tastings. The evening will feature music, dancing and a raffle.

Smoked salmon trout on celery foam, goat cheese, crispy ciabatta

Roast duck with liver in beetroot and apple purée with cabbage and sweet potato strudel

Deer neck in bacon with wild mushrooms, roasted baby greens and gratinated with Jerusalem artichokes

Double chocolate sheet cake with homemade granola and pumpkin cream.
