The focus of the Egri Bikavér Festival in 2024 is wine gastronomy. Guests love to eat with their wines, winemakers love to cook, Egri Bikavér is delicious, and a place has recently opened in Eger where all these pleasures can be combined into one big experience. This is how the idea of the Egri Bikavér Cooking Workshop was born, that is an evening where winemakers and chefs from Eger cook together for the audience, while the winemakers talk about their wines, which are of course poured for guests.

PROGRAMME

18:00 | Arrival: Welcome Egri Csillag and tapas

During the evening, 3 main courses will be prepared by the winemakers together with the chefs. Guests can watch, ask questions and learn from the precise steps in the show kitchen. Each main course served will be paired with a different Egri Bikavér, accompanied by a story from the winemaker.

The final course will be a delicious dessert.
