As the name suggests Furmint Summit is an event with the participation of the foremost experts of the variety. Launched a decade and a half ago, the Furmint February series of events aims to promote the Furmint grape variety. In this spirit, the University of Tokaj-Hegyalja, the Tokaj Research Institute of Viticulture and Enology and the Tokaj Wine Community Council are jointly organising a professional day.
