The first autumnal Gastro Hill will focus on the products of the forest: autumnal colours on the plate, game, venison, roe deer, pheasant, wild boar, mushrooms, rosehips... Setting off on a Blue Trail hike in a pair of boots, or cycling up the hill and then tasting a few dishes with a glass of wine: there is no better programme in October.
