The PTE Viticulture and Oenology Research Institute has organised an open day on the subject of “Sparkling wine production, making semi-sparkling and frizzante wines”, and welcomes all interested parties, representatives of the agricultural sector and farmers.

The programme will include presentations on the basics and technology of tank and traditional sparkling wine making, the production of semi-sparkling and frizzante wine, as well as a technological demonstration and judging.
