On 26 March, guests of the Palack Wine Bar can visit Etyek, Hungary’s youngest wine
region. Known as the Burgundy of Hungary, its chalky soil and cool climate are similar
to the famous French wine region. Consequently, tasters can expect lively, acidic, firm
white wines, especially Chardonnay, and if it's a red, a soft, elegant Pinot Noir.
