We cultivate 3 hectares of vineyards on the eastern side of the Somló hill, mostly with gobelet training. Currently, our variety structure consists of 11 ancient grape varieties, native to the Carpathian Basin and once thriving on the Somló hill, which are complemented by other lost specialities in our variety collection. We protect our vineyards with herb preparations; we no longer use conventional sprays. Our wines are born from the natural processing of our own harvest. We have eliminated all additives from our cellar, we bottle our wine after spontaneous fermentation without filtration and clarification, with the occasional use of a tiny amount of sulphurous acid. Our wines are available in top restaurants and quality wine shops in Hungary, Germany, Sweden and even Denmark.
