After lunch, enjoy a vineyard tour with a picnic and wine tasting organised by one of the Villány wineries. Visit Villány, look at the numerous cellars and press houses, taste some wines with some snacks, have coffee and talk to the winemakers. Visit the iconic historical cellar row of Villánykövesd, then return to Villány to learn about former winemaking traditions in the Villány Wine Museum.
Conclude the day by also discovering today’s winemaking technologies as well as the wine district’s main grape varieties during a cellar visit and wine tasting at a big-name winery, or in comfort at a wine dinner in a winery’s restaurant.
