We work with indigenous local varieties on our 4 hectares vineyards around the old cellar what once belonged to the Benedictines abbeyship. Our aim is to cultivate the vineyards in a sustainable and environmentally responsible way. In wine making we use Hungarian oak barrels and apply spontaneous fermentation, without any other the additives than the necessary sulfur. The Somló wine of our dreams is concentrated, full-bodied and free from any compromise.
