I'm Márton Nagy-Kovács, after I gained professional experience as a winemaker in five countries, I started making my own wines in 2011. I graduated as oenologist in 2008, after that I had the opportunity to spend a harvest season and practice winemaking at some famous wineries of the USA (Chappellet), Hungary (Tokaj-Hétszőlő), Austria (Gsellmann), France (Le grand Verdus) and Australia (Bleasdale). I started the renovation of my vineyards called Kerektölgyes and Dereszla in 2011, and the grapevines of Kastély and Lapis vineyards which were bought after 2011. Nowadays I make my wines from 4 vineyards, altogether 2 ha area. These white wines are produced in small quantities with a fresh and fructed charachter. After gentle pressing, cooling and settling, we ferment small quantities (2-10 hl) at low temperature in order to preserve primer flavours. We strive for making complex premium wines during every vintage by making blended wines.
