15 April 2025 / Hungarian Wine Marketing Agency
At this unique exhibition, visitors can explore the relationship between wine and the senses through the lens of the four seasons, presented in four themed rooms. A special highlight of this year’s edition is the Winter Room, which is dedicated entirely to Hungarian wines and wine culture, thanks to an extensive collaboration between La Cité du Vin and the Hungarian Wine Marketing Agency.
Via Sensoria invites visitors on a sensory journey through the four seasons, in harmony with the rhythm of nature, offering a serene and nature-inspired experience. From the first light of dawn to the enchanting moments of dusk, guests are guided through spring, summer, autumn, and winter. In the Winter Pavilion, visitors have the opportunity to taste a sweet Tokaji Szamorodni wine, paired with chocolate featuring notes of orange. During the tasting, sommeliers from La Cité du Vin share stories about this unique wine, its traditions, and the richness of Hungarian wine culture.
The exhibition’s prestige is further elevated by the fact that La Cité du Vin has been awarded the "Exceptional Offer" distinction in the "Art, Culture and Know-How" category at the 2024 Wine Tourism Awards.
The Via Sensoria exhibition is open to visitors from April 1st to November 2nd at the Cité du Vin wine museum in Bordeaux.
