"Our story has begun 20 years ago, when I started making wine from all sorts of grape yielded in our garden, then buying grapes for the same purpose. My main goal was to create, and drink good wine. In order to achieve this, the next step in 2004 was to plant our own vines. This way I could improve my purpose, which was to represent the unique greatness of the terroir in each and every bottle of wine. Achieving it was quite simple: producing wine in a spontaneous way by leaving filtering, and fining. And yet, I still used sulphur. Ever since 2017 we only make natural wines, which contain no additives at all. Our intention with my daughter, who joined me in 2018, is to bring true, honest, living wines into the world, and live our lives in the nature, along with the grapevines. "
