There is a family vineyard with its 1/3 acre of land, press house, 30-meter cellar and more than 65 years of tradition that you were born into as the 3rd generation. At first, you just see the work in it and prefer to drink beer than wine. Then you get the sense of the “Tuscan” landscape at the foot of Gerecse, the interdependent logic of viticulture and winemaking. You renovate it, enlarge it, build a guest house, do another master on viticulture and winemaking engineering and then a sommelier training, and you get more and more immersed and of course, you enjoy it more and more. You realize you have to share this with everyone; the amount of work and energy behind it, what knowledge accumulates in it, how many stories and experience is there in a glass of wine that you all need to unravel through your taste buds. So this is how it happened that as a family we do this on a hobby level but with a lot of invested energy to keep the tradition alive and show others the joy this gives us.
