Continuous experimenting has becomethe norm at Csernyik. With the goal of makingunique wines, everything from fermenting and aging inboth oak barrel and steel tanks, to playing with selected yeasts in order to make fresh, crispy and fruity winesare used. At the same time, some wines are made without using any kind of technological intervention i.e using traditional methods such as spontaneous fermentation, no clarification and filtration.
