I myself have been very interested in both gastronomy and nature since I was a child. It may not be a coincidence, but I also finished my schools in that order. I first graduated from the catering trade industry, thanks to which I came into daily contact with wine during my internship and later during my work. This is how my flare-up began, which led me to enroll in the Soós István Wine Technical School in Budafok. This is where I really fell in love with the wine world. Two years after my graduation I began to talk with my childhood friend, László Timár, about how good an idea it would be to start a venture, create together a winery, where we can realize our dreams, our way of creating wonderful wines.
