The love of wine and our interest towards wine-making goes a long way back. We have been in a lot of wineries, wine-tastings and gastro events throughout the years, hence we had the opportunity to meet with some of the best wine-makers. Led by our instincts, we found this charming wine-press house with a cellar in 2016, which stands in the middle of a beautiful piece of land. We started wine-making as a hobby and for our own entertainment. In the meantime we have been playing with the idea of becoming wine-makers so much that we had no other choice but to get it started. It was in 2019. For now we do not have a lot of growing land, therefore we make our wines partially from locally grown and bought grapes. This year, we planted Chardonnay and Cabernet franc, with Reisling coming next year. We select our wines with great love and care. Although we are eager to use technological innovation, we can say that behind every step of the procedure, there is a lot of hard manual work.
